Come on out and have some fun this fall at the Cascade 'Cross races! If you've never experienced Cyclocross racing before you're in for a whole new world of two-wheeled pain and suffering! No really, Cyclocross combines running and cycling into one discipline. Barriers, both natural and man-made, are placed in the race course to force the rider to dismount during the course of the race, which is typically run on a short loop combining pavement, dirt and grass. Races are run in all weather conditions, rain, sunshine, snow...you name it. There's a race category for everyone and any bike with knobby tires will work. (mtb bar ends removed) |
