WHERE:
Portland International Raceway
DIRECTIONS: From I-5 take exit #306b west. The race track is located immediately west of the freeway.

REGISTRATION:
All Riders, 5:00 to five minutes prior to your start time.
All Non-OBRA riders must purchase single-day membership for $5 or annual Membership for $15. More information at www.obra.org or at the race. Registration is located at the start/finish area in the pit near the middle of the main grand stands.

May Series, 2002
Dates: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

June series, 2002
Dates: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
(June 10th race cancelled)

July Series, 2002
Dates: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

August Series, 2002
Dates: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

September Series, 2002
Dates: 2nd and 9th only

START TIMES:
Women: 6:30
Masters Cat/Ages: 6:30-6:35(staggered starts)

DISTANCES:
Distances can vary from week to week depending on daylight/field sizes/weather conditions; they will be announced at staging or at registration.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Flat 1.9-mile loop, wide road with excellent pavement, closed to traffic.

CATEGORIES/SCHEDULE:
May, July and September: Category Masters (Cat 1/2/3 , 4/5 and Masters 50+) and Women (Open)
June and August: Age Graded Masters (ages 30-39, 40-49, 50+) and Women (Open)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Cat. 4 Women will race with Open Women, but points will be scored seperatly for each month series. Please make a note if you are Cat. 4 women when you register.

Bike Commuters Discount: Bike commute to PIR on Monday Night and get $1.00 off your entry fee. In return I will donate $1.00 to the Bicycle Transportation Alliance (www.bta4bikes.org). Just tell me you bike commuted at registration and you will receive discount!

PRIZES:
Series prizes will be awarded at end of series (end of the month) for each category. Prizes (Gift Certificates) are NON TRANSFERABLE, and do expire. Prizes not claimed 2 months within winning them will be voided. Gift Certificates are to Lakeside Bicycles, in form of 1st: $25, 2nd: $20, 3rd: $15.

ANSI-Snell Helmets Required, All OBRA Racing Rules Apply, and NO Aero Bars Allowed!

$12.00 Masters and Women, at Race Day Registration.
$5.00 Junior Women

Season Pass Plan - Purchase your season pass any time from Jan. 1st to May 6th(the first race) and the pass is $198.00. You can send in any time after Jan 1st or bring to race on May 6th. (contact me for mailing info)
The Rules for the Series Pass:
-Season Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE
-No Refunds will be given AFTER May 6th, 2002(the first race)
-Refunds for season passes will issued, if you contact me, before May 6th, 2002.
-Racers will receive a season pass card that they are required to show at each race. I will have master list at race for reference.
