This is an OBRA event. All OBRA rules and regulations apply. OBRA one day and year licenses available at the race. Important Notice: Approved helmets are required. Criterium and free lap rules in effect. Directions from Portland: I-5 North or South, take Exit #303 to Swan Island Industrial Park. Take a Right on North Basin, Right on Leverman.
