The MAC Cycling Committee and the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association will present a program featuring some of the pre-eminent cycling coaches and trainers in North America. Subjects including the biomechanics and physiology of high performance cycling, training methods and long term strategies, nutrition and fitness, Coaching principles and techniques, will all be discussed in panels and in seminars throughout the day. This program is designed to be a valuable opportunity for every level of cyclist, from novice rider to experienced competitor.
The sessions will be organized in four parallel tracks with panels and seminars that are purposely interactive. There will be opportunities for active participation in yoga and studio cycling (bring appropriate clothing). In the evening, the annual banquet will feature the annual revue of the year in Oregon Cycling, the annual award presentations, and a drawing for some substantial Door Prizes.

Signup sheets for each session will be available at check-in, first come, first served.
OBRA membership is not required for the conference, but membership applications will be available.
The "tracks" that will flow throughout the day will generally reflect subject matter dealing with: Cycling Tactics and Technique, Nutrition and Health, Training principles and practices, and Coaching Principles and techniques Each "track" will offer various "takes" on that subject matter, by different experts in that field sometimes concentrating on different points of view or theoretical bases, or exploring a particular aspect of the subject.

The Multnomah Athletic Club is located between 18th and 20th Avenues on SW Salmon Street in the Goose Hollow neighborhood of downtown Portland... right next to PGE Park, served by MAX light rail and two bus lines. There is secure bike parking available in the MAC parking structure across the street from the club entrance.
