PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED

For serious recreational or racing cyclists and tri-athletes at all stages of development, from novice to successful competitor.

Panel discussions will be woven together throughout the day with small group breakout sessions exploring facets of high performance cycling in a way that's relevant to your own needs and specifically applicable to cycling.

This year we will also be exploring the particular training and racing challenges of multisport competition.

Expect to be exposed to sports nutrition and health issues, training and racing principles and methods, principles of coaching, and the chance to participate in cycling specific indoor training and yoga... Sessions led by some of the best coaches and sports scientists in the country.

AND THEN:

...to top off a great day, the OBRA Annual Banquet will feature a review of Oregon Cycling in 2003, the OBRA awards, and door prizes from many of the faithful sponsors of Oregon bicycle racing.

This event is presented by the MAC Cycling Committee and the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association.
