 Pre Registration Only! A start list and last minute race details will be available at www.bbcbike.com TIME: Entry and rider check-in opens 8:00. Closes at 9:00am. No exceptions! First rider 9:45am. LOCATION: Port of Vancouver, 3103 N.W. Lower River Rd. Take the 4th Plain Exit from I5 & go West. There is designated parking near the Administration Building. Start is across the street at the nearby farm road. No cameras in the parking area! CATEGORIES: ENTRY FEE: $11 Each Rider. Fees include OBRA surcharges. ONLINE REGISTRATION: Signmeup.com MAIL ENTRY: BBC Jack Frost TT c/o Sunset Athletic Club, 13939 NW Cornell Road, Portland, OR 97229 COURSE: 14 miles, out and back to the viewing area finish, then 3 miles back to parking. Start is near Port of Vancouver offices. Juniors 10-12 finish at the turnaround. MISC. An OBRA event. OBRA rules and helmet regulations apply to all participants! The centerline rule will be enforced.
