Information
The Eugene Celebration
Cycling Classic is organized as part of the 3-day Eugene
Celebration Festival produced by Downtown Events Management, Inc.
This event is
part of the FIAC (Federation of Independent Associations for
Cycling, which OBRA is associated with) National
Points Series (NPS) competition in 2003 in which riders earn
points toward an overall national title. The following classes are
eligible for points: Pro/1/2, Cat 3, Women - more

This is a timed
stage race, so racers must finish each stage to participate in
the next stage. All stages count toward overall GC.
Categories
include:
Pro/1/2, Cat. 3, Cat. 4/5, Masters 35+(Who are Cat.3/4), Women
Womens event will track Cat. 4 and Masters 35+ Women for Oregon
B.A.R, but scored/prized as Women Overall. Please
note on registration if Cat4 or Women 35+
Registration:
Entry Fee: $65.00 before 9/15, after or day of race is $75.00. Juniors
(18 under) Fees: $20.00 before 9/15, after or day of race is $30.00
We really need racers to PRE-REGISTER THIS YEAR! PLEASE
DO SO. (There is a Juniors reduced
fee however not a Juniors only race)
Cancellation refund policy:
Now through July 31st 100%
August 1st - August 20th 75%
August 21st – August 31st 50%
September 1st – September 15th 25%
After September 15th 0%
Team Discount: If FIVE or more registrations are received from
members of the same team in the same envelope the fee will be: $55.00
per rider. That is a savings of over 15% per rider! Riders do not
have to be in the same category and male and female team members will
count toward the five-rider minimum. Example: Team Oregon sends eight
riders: 2 cat 1 & 2, 3 cat 3 & 4, 1 Master 40 +, & 2 women.
The total fee would be $440 instead of the $520 if they all signed
up individually.
Team discount registrations need to be received by September
15th. Discount is not available after 9/15 or at race.

Online Registration is available until Friday Sept. 20th,
however late fees apply after Sept. 15th. Prices online are discounted
to compensate for charges to racers. We encourage you to use online
registration through orbike.com!
Pre-register by sending checks payable to Downtown Events Management,
Inc (or DEMI) and mail with an OBRA
standard release and registration form(PDF) to: ECCC, Attn: Jim
Anderson 1467 Greentree Circle, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. Pre-Registration
is highly suggested.

(“Primes” for Criterium will be $275 given away throughout
all the races in different increments.)
Pro/1/2 $1100 ALL CASH, Ribbons top 5 – 15 places.
Cat. 3 $600 ALL CASH, Ribbons top 5 – 10 places.
Cat. 4/5 $100 Value of product as prizes (TBA), Ribbons top 5 –
5 places
Masters 35+(cat3/4) $100 ALL CASH, Ribbons top 5 – 5 places
Women $525 ALL CASH, Ribbons top 5 – 10 places
Housing:
Option 1 - New addition this year - host housing
will be available for everyone. Requests must be filled by Monday,
September 16th to guarantee housing. Housing is first come, first
served
