FRIDAY EVENING – CYCLING REFRAMED – HUTCH'S BICYCLE STORE
Kick off the Eugene Celebration Stage Race at Hutch's Bicycle Store on Friday, September 16th from 5:30pm until 9:00pm for the opening reception for Cycling Reframed, a bicycle-themed art show and competition. There will be refreshments and fun for the whole family!

Eugene Celebration is a Stage Race, scored on overall elapsed time
Lapped riders in the criterium will be given pro-rated times

Support is wheels in/wheels out, not neutral
There is one feed zone. It is located at the top of the biggest climb on the course 5 miles into the lap.

*Women will be scored separately, if more than 15 for any one category

Competitors can stay at the Eugene Hilton, additional information will be posted when available
