The 2010 Veloforma Norman Babcock Cat 4 Women's Series features twelve events in various road racing disciplines during the 2010 season. Promoters have agreed to run separate cat 4 women's fields at these events:

| April 22 | Cherry Blossom Cycling Classic, Stage One (The Dalles, OR) |
| May 22 | Mt Tabor Circuit Race (Portland, OR) |
| June 27 | Salem Fairview Circuit Race (Salem, OR) |
| July 4 | Firecracker Criterium (Eugene, OR) |
| July 11 | High Desert Omnium, Final Omnium Total (Bend, OR) |
| July 25 | Larch Mountain (Corbett, OR) |
| August 7 | OBRA Road Race Championship |
| September 4 | Eugene Celebration Stage Race, Final GC (Eugene, OR) |
The top 10 finishers at each event will receive series points, following this scale:
- 1st 100
- 2nd 70
- 3rd 50
- 4th 40
- 5th 36
- 6th 32
- 7th 28
- 8th 24
- 9th 20
- 10th 16
Updated points standings during the series will be posted here on the OBRA website.
This series honors the late Norman Babcock, of Eugene, a strong supporter of women's cycling who passed away in 2008. The goal of the series is to offer women opportunities and encouragement to try various kinds of road racing.

Race Clinics for Category 4 Women
These race clinics will help cat 4 women build their racing skills and understanding. Local coaches and expert riders will carefully watch the race (from the lead car in road races) and then offer post-race feedback on the elements of the race, including team tactics, bike handling, and other components that make up the race. The clinics are currently scheduled for all of the Banana Belt races and the Firecracker Criterium.
