This year we are changing things around a bit. With Masters Nationals being so close this year (they are at Hellyer Park Velodrome in San Jose, California Sept. 2-7th) that we wanted to give the large contingent of masters from here in Oregon an opportunity to hone their skills in the events that they will encounter at the Nationals. We are doing the same for the juniors as well. To that end, we will focus on the timed events with a few omnium days and our Australian Pursuit Night thrown in for fun. We are placing the events on the calendar to coincide with the championship dates both for OBRA and Nationals. Scoring will be in line with the BAR categories.
Omnium nights will have races for :
30+, 40+ and 50+ men (as entries allow)
30+ and 40+ Women (as entries allow)
Jrs (dependant on sign ups)
Timed Event nights are open to all Juniors and Masters
Cost: Juniors – FREE, All others $10
Bike Rental; Juniors – FREE, All others $5
Helmets and OBRA License are mandatory.
Licenses may be purchased at Registration.
Note: If there are insufficient numbers to constitute a field, that category will be dropped from that evenings Omnium events. Five riders per category is the minimum.
In the event of rain, racing will be cancelled.
